Can people trace your prank calls through Skype?

Okay so i've been prank calling on skype (i've only been prank calling 1 800 numbers) and i called a suicide hotline and the guy is like sir why are you calling from skype and then i hung up and i remeber that before we were connected the robot thing said "routing your call" and so now im worried and i don't pay for the min. on skype please answer
