I did a vasectomy to my dog seven days ago and last night he was vomiting a lot.?

Could it be that he is sick because of the vasectomy what could be wrong, he is vomiting and he doesnt want to eat and he is like shaking hir feet and when he is sleep his eyes are all wired like white it has been more than seven days since the vasectomy
