My pogo account was temporarily suspended almost a week ago! I thought it was only for 72 hours???

Do they suspend them longer than 72 hours? I contacted tech support several times and recieved NO answer. My account was suspended on 1/17/07...it is now 1/23/07. I want my pogo back! What should I do???
