What does driving/attempting drive motar veh. on hwy w/o req. license and authorization mean?

You don't need a lawyer. Take your valid driver's license to traffic court and show it to the judge. Explain that you forgot to take it with you on the day you were ticketed. You'll probably get off with a warning. You won't go to jail for this, but you'll still have to pay for the speeding ticket.
