Explain this Lil Wayne line?

In his song "La La" featuring Brisco and Busta Rhymes off of Tha Carter III, in the very beginning I want to know what he is talking about. I believe but am not sure that the lyrics are "Sittin in a Caddy, bright like batty". Those lyrics may not be right but if they are, Im about 99.9% sure that sittin in a caddy means sitting in a Cadillac car (or SUV escalade) but what does the rest of it mean? Who is batty or betty or whoever or whatever is? Why is she bright? Thanks
