I want to lose belly fat, please help?

First, you need to know what causes belly fat. Believe it or not, it's excess carbohydrates. Breads, pastas, potatoes, rice, corn, etc. You should only be consuming around 100 to 150 grams a day, if you want to lose the belly fat. Here's an excellent article that explains the difference between healthy carbs and unhealthy ones: a href="http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/what-should-you-eat/carbohydrates-full-story/" rel="nofollow"http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsou…/a Here's another that specifically addresses the belly fat issue: a href="http://chetday.com/reducebellyfat.htm" rel="nofollow"http://chetday.com/reducebellyfat.htm/a Since you live in a lousy area, I would find some indoor aerobics to do. Or, find someone nearby (you trust) to go out with you at least three times a week.
