My daughter-in-law's father just ped away can anyone tell us what the probate cost may be for his estate?

My daughter in law is currently looking for a probate lawyer but can anyone give an estimate about what cost might be ociated with probating his estate? He had no will. She's his only heir. He had a $175000 house with about $20,000 left on the mortgage. He owed about $500 on a credit card bill and had a $1400 hospital bill. Otherwise he has no other debts.
