I've been going to the gym for a little over 2 months, and have lost 5lbs. My goal is about 10-15 more. i'm 125lbs on the dot. i'm scared though, that instead of toning, i'm building too much muscle. I just want to burn fat with minor toning. I'm on an "all healthy foods" diet, and have been for quite some time now. Maybe almost a year. So when working out, or even eating differently, how do i burn more fat, and gain less muscle? How do i make sure i don't become to butch is what i'm pretty much trying to say. lol Please help me! :)
